An upstate New York economy motel brimming with transvestites holding their annual Miss Buffalo Contest becomes the setting for an unprecedented “lake-effect” Buffalo blizzard. When the motel’s remaining rooms are booked by a stranded group of Amish travelers, an impromptu costume party ensues amongst two sects of Americans who find themselves “All Dressed Up With Nowhere to Go.”
